2010 Leadership Institute
The goal of the YLNI Leadership Institute is to cultivate the personal and professional development of existing and emerging young leaders of northeast Indiana.
Five seminars of personal and professional reflection facilitated by community leaders and professional speakers will assist participants in recognizing and reaching their fullest potential.
Seminar topics include maximizing personal leadership, interpersonal communication and presentation skills, team building, problem-solving and community impact.
Session details:
All sessions are 9 a.m. - 3 p.m., with continental breakfast and boxed lunch served at each meeting.

Participants must attend all sessions and serve on a YLNI committee following graduation.
Program cost: $299/person; a $25 deposit is due with submission of this application. Materials are included in the cost. Similar programs cost over $600. Admitted applicants will be notified via email on January 25, 2010, and those not accepted will receive a refund of the deposit.
