This workshop-style Tough Talk, facilitated by Nonviolent Leadership, will focus on how to navigate conversations and topics you may not agree with someone on.
We will center around nonviolent communication when facing adverse topics in the workplace or in our personal lives. An introduction will occur that places guidelines and tips for listening to and participating in conversations surrounding topics they may or may not agree with. Attendees will be paired off to practice those skills and be given topics that they will be put in the position to discuss both “sides”.
