The Next Gen Leadership Institute
The Next Gen Leadership Institute serves as a vital link between our renowned Leadership Institute and High School Leadership Institute, fostering the growth of emerging leaders aged 18-22. Modeled after our successful programs, it unites young entrepreneurs and students from Northeast Indiana's colleges, universities, and trade schools. This intensive two-day program in February provides a dynamic leadership crash course, addressing personal and professional development tailored to cultivate relationships, networking skills, and community engagement. For participants, it serves as a pivotal step toward realizing their future goals and aspirations within the community.

- Member and non-members of YLNI
- Students aged 18-22 years, enrolled in an area college, university, trade programs or schools
- Young entrepreneurs and community volunteers

- Applications open in November each year
- Class size is limited; we do ask for authentic and well-thought-out responses as well as a current resume or CV, current headshot, and letter of recommendation
